How do I download the clip?
Well providing you have purchased the clip you should be able to click on the link on the purchase complete page. this will start the download. failing that you should have received an purchase receipt via email which contains another way of downloading the clip
I have tried to play the video and it’s distorted?
please make sure you are using a player that supports 360 videos. If your watching on the computer then I would recommend GoPro VR Player. If you are watching it on a samsung gear VR then the file should play fine natively.
do you accept other payment methods?
Unfortunately Paypal is the best solution for me at the moment, it also gives you protection too

My video won’t download?
If you couldn’t download the video from the website after payment, and you can’t download the video from the link in the email then please contact me at notjoe@deviantdesigns.co.uk giving me as much detail as possible and we will try and get you sorted as quick as we can
Are there any more videos?
Not yet, but we are hoping to make a little bit of money selling these clips so we can fund some more. unfortunately we don’t own our own dungeon (yet!) so these cost us money to shoot.
